Marc Serota

After graduating medical school at the age of 23, Dr. Serota pursued an additional eight years of training to become triple board-certified in dermatology, allergy/asthma/immunology, and pediatrics. He has practiced telemedicine since 2014 and is licensed in 45 states. Dr. Serota is also a national speaker and consultant for several pharmaceutical companies, including Regeneron, Sanofi/Genzyme, Pfizer, UCB, Novartis, and Amgen.
After working as a physician and consultant on numerous national telemedicine platforms, Dr. Serota co-founded MD Integrations to help connect consumer brands, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies with a growing number of patients who seek virtual care. Dr. Serota is passionate about asynchronous telemedicine as the future of healthcare. As CEO of MD Integrations, he is committed to providing the absolute best user experience in the industry for doctors and outstanding service for MD Integrations’ partners.
Laura Purdy
Co Founder
Laura Purdy, M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician licensed in 49 states plus Washington DC. Laura graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and completed a family medicine internship and residency at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning, Georgia. She served in the United States Army for 14 years across the spectrum of clinical settings where she developed a love for telehealth. Dr. Purdy believes that virtual care is the future of medicine. Her goal is to use her experience and expertise to continue to advocate for the growth and permanence of the telehealth industry, to improve the lives and quality of healthcare for doctors and patients alike.
